Event Information

Join us for the first-ever ABC Wish Bash, a family-friendly community event powered by purpose! Pickleball and cornhole teams will face off in Ashland Brewing Company in Ashland, Nebraska. Enjoy a spacious outdoor patio, great food and drinks, and plenty of room for families and kids to hang out and have fun.

The day will include tournament play, raffle prizes, and a chance to win big on the cornhole long-shot challenge!

Pickleball Format & Details

Pickleball is open doubles (2-player teams; any gender). Teams get a minimum of four games. Skill level (DUPR, for those who have one) will be taken at registration so the event can be organized for fair and fun play. Both brackets are round robin into single elimination.

Morning Bracket (Social Division):
For beginner and recreational players.
Afternoon Bracket (3.5+):
Advanced division (for more competitive players--3.5 DUPR or higher

Early bird pricing through May 1st. Increases to $100 after May 1.

NOTE: Divisions will be grouped by skill/DUPR ratings to ensure fair and competitive matches. Split will likely fall in the 3.5 range, but final placement is based on the field.

Cornhole is open doubles (2-player teams; any gender). All skill levels welcome. Both brackets are round robin into single elimination.

Make-A-Wish Nebraska is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that creates life-changing wishes for children across Nebraska facing critical illnesses. In doing so, it aims to bring hope, strength, and joy to kids and their families during some of their most difficult moments. These wishes are more than experiences—they help improve emotional well-being, strengthen families, and give children something positive to look forward to while they battle serious medical challenges. All proceeds from this event directly support Nebraska kids and families, helping ensure that more wishes can be granted right here in our community.
